The Tuscan company will attend the world’s leading international event dedicated to the food business, taking place from 17 to 21 October at Paris Nord Villepinte.
The food industry comes together in Paris
From 17 to 21 October 2026, Paris will host SIAL, the world’s largest event for the agri-food industry: 8,000 exhibitors, 280,000 square metres of exhibition space and 295,000 industry professionals from around the world. The 2026 edition is set to be the largest ever, with more than 650 startups, a rich programme of summits and international conferences, and new dedicated areas focusing on sustainability, street food and product innovation.
More than a trade fair, SIAL is a privileged observatory of the transformations taking place across the food industry. This year, the focus is on a profound change in the relationship between people and food: food is no longer simply about nourishment or pleasure, but also about identity, prevention and the expression of values.
Neri Sottoli: from Tuscany to international markets
Founded in 1947 in Lamporecchio, in the province of Pistoia, Neri Sottoli is now one of Italy’s leading producers of vegetables preserved in oil and vinegar, as well as vegetable preserves. Its history has been built on equally long-standing relationships: suppliers who are an integral part of the company’s identity, farmers and producers who share the same rigorous approach to raw materials. This network of trust guarantees what customers immediately recognise: consistent taste and standards, the result of meticulous quality control and a supply chain designed first and foremost to protect the end consumer.
Alongside its tradition, Neri Sottoli has developed a production and logistics structure capable of meeting the demands of international markets. The ability to manage significant volumes and ensure continuity of supply throughout the year is becoming increasingly important for buyers and large-scale retail operators, who require reliability and consistent product availability.
An offering for global markets
At its stand, international buyers and industry professionals will find a broad and diversified range, available in different formats and packaging solutions designed to meet the needs of different markets and distribution channels.
Alongside products intended for household consumption, Neri Sottoli offers single-serving formats, freshness-preserving packaging and convenient solutions for out-of-home and on-the-go consumption. The range also includes products rooted in the Tuscan territory, reflecting a short supply chain and a distinctive identity that also appeals to international markets.
The event
In Paris, Neri Sottoli will bring a story that began in Tuscany and continues to grow internationally. SIAL will be an opportunity to showcase the value of its preserves, meet new business partners and strengthen the relationships built over the years.
