Our story begins in 1947, among the Tuscan hills of Vinci and Pistoia.<\/p>


In this land, Neri Ademaro founded his food company with a clear goal: to bring genuine products into family homes, the result of careful and respectful work. Olives, grown in the surrounding areas, became the heart of the business. From the very beginning, Neri devoted himself to the harvesting and preservation of these precious raw materials, constantly seeking the best ways to enhance and maintain their authenticity. The first steps in the distribution of preserved vegetables in oil across Tuscany.<\/p>

With the introduction of semi-manual packaging lines, the company began producing preserved vegetables in oil on a larger scale, while still maintaining a focus on artisanal quality. The inauguration of the new facility marks a major milestone for the company, with a total area of 15,000 square meters, 6,700 of which are covered.
